Established since 1982
Since Nigel and Robyn bought Baileys (previously R&L Bailey) the overall company and business model has been built to encompass a strong commitment to ethics, making sure to always provide excellent service in everything we do.
We have a strong partnership with Euronics, one of the largest independent buying groups. This partnership not only gives us and our customers access to a wide range of high-quality domestic appliance products but also allows us to offer pricing that is very hard to beat.
Baileys is a member of The Federation of Small Business, as well as RETRA, the UK’s leading trade association for independent electrical retailers and service organisations. We are have been full members of Checkatrade since 2019.
We are always here to help
We are committed to providing service excellence in everything we undertake. We have a well-established Service Division that takes care of in-home Domestic Appliance Repairs.
We also have an in-store Workshop where we can repair anything from small appliances to vacuum cleaners. Appliance spares and accessories are also available in-store.
