The Role – It is the customer’s experience that counts:
As an experienced domestic appliance engineer, you will be involved in the diagnosis, repair and installation of large domestic appliances across a multitude of brands. You will be completing an average of 8 jobs a day, requiring you to be efficient and organised in all work that you do. Through every part of the repair process you will be delivering service excellence to our customers and ensuring that they feel heard, seen and taken care of.
Responsibilities:
- Completing a contacted appliance repair certification.
- Professionally diagnosing and repairing large domestic appliances, both free standing and integrated across a multitude of brands.
- Accurately recording each job for future reference on our system.
- Receiving payment from the customer onsite.
- Occasionally delivering and installing large domestic appliances, both free standing and integrated, across a multitude of brands.
- Ensuring a clean work environment that you can be proud of, including both the customer’s house and your van.
- Sharing your product knowledge and expertise with our customers.
