Since our business was formed over 40 years ago, the professional repair and servicing of domestic appliances has been very much a core part of our business. From your first call to your final repair, we strive to ensure that you receive only the very best service with the minimum of disruption to your daily life.

Appliance faults almost never occur at a convenient time, both financially and in the disruption to your daily routine. Losing the use of your appliance to a fault can be frustrating and cost you in time, effort and peace of mind. That’s why we pride ourselves on offering professional, high quality repair services that allow you to save hundreds of pounds on a replacement while having your appliance working again with minimal disruption to your daily life. It is our belief that a repair is most worth considering when the repair will cost a third or less of the value of a replacement (remember to include the price of delivery, installation and removal of your old appliance when calculating this figure – this is approximately £70 for freestanding and £120 for built-in and large appliances across many providers). While a third is ideal, many people still see a benefit if the repair costs 50% or less of a replacement; this is still worthwhile, but if a repair will cost more than 50% we would recommend a replacement unless the appliance holds sentimental value.

The repair process

We offer a professional, in-home repair service for domestic appliances. The engineers’ vans are well stocked with parts to cover most of their service needs, across manufacturers, allowing for immediate repairs and providing you with instant relief. Where specialised parts are required, these can generally be obtained within 24hrs-48hrs and fitted as soon as being received as possible.

Our fees are based on an upfront fixed-cost repair charge that covers all diagnostic work, repair and/or servicing labour, parts and materials, all subsequent visits (if required), and a 1 year parts and labour warranty for the reported fault. For sentimental appliances that require a complete or partial rebuild, our appliance repair engineers will be able to provide you with a bespoke quote for the work required.

Upon your booking, the engineer will endeavour to complete the repair then and there on the day, unless a specialised part is required. All call-outs are subject to minimum call-out charge, but this charge is waived upon any repair work being conducted. If the engineer determines that an appliance is unrepairable, and you do not wish to opt for a rebuild; we offer a discount of 50% of your call-out charge towards a new standard appliance or 100% of your call-out charge towards a premium appliance (starting at £799). As your local Euronics and Miele dealer, we are able to offer internet pricing on replacement appliances with a Baileys standard of service.

Standard Appliance Brands

Brands: Most appliance brands, including Bosch, Neff, and Beko (excluding American Style Refrigerators, Range Cookers, Built-In Induction Hobs, and Premium Brands).

Call-Out Charge: £129 (waived if repairs are undertaken)
- Includes thorough diagnosis using specialist equipment.
- If unrepairable, use 50% of the call-out charge towards a new standard appliance or 100% towards a new premium appliance (£799 or above).
Fixed-Price Repair: £179
- Covers all parts and labour required to repair the reported fault.
- Provides peace of mind with an upfront ceiling on repair costs that should cost less than half the cost of a replacement.

Premium Appliance Brands

Brands: Miele, Fisher & Paykel, Smeg, Gaggenau, and other high-end luxury brands.

Call-Out Charge: £139 (waived if repairs are undertaken)
- Includes thorough diagnosis using specialist equipment.
- If unrepairable, use 100% of the call-out charge towards a new premium appliance (£799 or above) or 50% towards a replacement below £799.
Fixed-Price Repair: £279
- Covers all parts and labour required to repair the reported fault.
- Ensures timely repair at about a third or less of the replacement cost.

American Style Refrigerators and Range Cookers

Features: Large, heavy, and complex appliances.

Call-Out Charge: £139 (waived if repairs are undertaken)
- Includes thorough diagnosis and any additional personnel required.
- If unrepairable, use 50% of the call-out charge towards a new standard appliance or 100% towards a new premium appliance (£799 or above), i.e. most American Style Refrigerators and Range Cookers.
Fixed-Price Repair: £279
- Covers all parts and labour required to repair the reported fault.
- Provides timely repair at about a third or less of the replacement cost, saving you hundreds of pounds.

Built-In Induction Hobs

We do repair built-in induction hobs but due to their expensive parts, the electronics work required to replace multiple circuit components and the additional personnel need to raise the hob from its built-in cavity, we will provide you a bespoke quote for your approval. These repairs only start becoming viable for induction hobs with a value of £700 or more.

Call-Out Charge: £139 (waived if repairs are undertaken)
- Includes thorough diagnosis and any additional personnel required.
- If unrepairable, use 50% of the call-out charge towards a new standard appliance or 100% towards a new premium appliance (£799 or above), i.e. most American Style Refrigerators and Range Cookers.

We do everything possible to fit in with your busy lifestyle, that’s why we make it as easy as possible to arrange a repair call for your appliance. We are open when you need us and our efficient and friendly staff are on hand to take your calls Monday to Saturday. You can choose between morning or afternoon appointments, with the option of the engineers’ first morning or afternoon call of the day. Saturday appointments are also available.
